Criteria for de-registration:

 

  1. If the firm fails to participate in 10 tender cases per year during the preceding registration period, the firm will be issued ‘Show Cause Notice’. Reply to Show Cause Notice will be taken into consideration for deciding de-registration. The appeal will be through CMM (S) for the final decision by COS.
